The Club

Capped at Three Hundred and Forty

Auclair opened on East 66th Street eight years ago with a deliberately awkward business model: a fixed number of members, each with one named practitioner, and no walk-in appointments at all.

The cap is the product. It is what allows your injector to hold ninety minutes for you without checking whether the room is needed, to remember the asymmetry you mentioned two years ago, and to say no to a treatment because they will still be treating you in a decade. When a place is full, we open a waiting list rather than a second floor.

  • Membership capped at 340, waiting list when full
  • One named practitioner for the length of your membership
  • Physician-directed protocols and annual review
  • No walk-ins and no rotating locum injectors

How Membership Works

Four steps between an enquiry and a plan that runs itself.

An Enquiry

You tell us what you'd like to focus on. Our membership director explains the tiers honestly, including which one you probably don't need.

A Consultation

Ninety minutes with the practitioner who would become yours — assessment, imaging, and a written twelve-month plan before any money changes hands.

Your Year Is Booked

If you join, we schedule the whole year at the correct intervals. Dates move when your life does; the plan doesn't quietly lapse.

Reviewed Every Twelve Months

Each year we compare imaging, tell you what worked and what didn't, and rebuild the plan — or tell you to spend less.

Is It For You

Membership Suits Some People and Not Others

We would rather you self-select out now than resign in month four.

You Already Treat Regularly

If you're booking three or more times a year anyway, membership is almost always the cheaper and better-planned version of what you're doing.

You Want One Person

Continuity matters more to you than being able to book whoever is free at the nearest location.

You Prefer Maintenance

You'd rather look consistent year-round than dramatically better for six weeks after a panic appointment.

You Want One Treatment

If you're after a single visit before a specific event, membership is the wrong product and we'll book you as a guest instead.

You Travel Constantly

The plan depends on keeping intervals. If you're rarely in New York, a concierge arrangement will serve you better than we will.

You're Price-Shopping

Members pay for continuity and planning, not the lowest per-unit rate in Manhattan. There are cheaper units three blocks away.

Questions Before You Enquire

What do the tiers cost?

The three tiers differ by monthly credit and how much of the menu they cover. Our membership director gives you the full published rates at enquiry, before any consultation is booked — there is no pricing conversation that happens only once you're in the room.

Is there a minimum term?

Membership runs in twelve-month years, because the clinical plan is built around that cycle. If your circumstances change materially, we release members without argument — we would rather you return in two years than resent us for one.

What happens if you're full?

We open a waiting list rather than raising the cap. Places typically come up a few times a year, and we contact the list in order. We don't take a deposit to hold a position.

Do credits expire?

Credits roll forward for the length of your membership year and can be spent across the entire menu. They don't expire monthly, which means a quiet quarter isn't wasted.

Can I bring a guest?

Every membership includes two guest passes a year at member rates. Guests are treated by an available practitioner rather than yours, since your practitioner's diary is held for you.

What if I need something you don't offer?

We refer, and we do it early. We maintain relationships with surgeons and dermatologists across the city, and part of the annual review is telling you honestly when the next step is outside what we do.

Do you take non-members?

Only as guests of a member. The cap and the standing diaries are what make the model work, so we don't run a parallel walk-in practice alongside it.

Where are you?

18 East 66th Street, between Madison and Fifth, on the Upper East Side. The suite is on the second floor with a private entrance and a discreet lobby.
