Regenerative Anti-Aging in Newport Beach, CA
Physician-directed protocols that rebuild skin and tissue rather than inflate it — exosomes, polynucleotides, PRP and biostimulators, planned across years instead of appointments.
Rebuild, Don't Just Fill
Traditional aesthetics adds volume on top of ageing tissue. Regenerative work asks the tissue to repair itself — slower, and far more durable.
Your Own Biology
PRP, exosomes and polynucleotides all work by signalling your cells to produce collagen and repair tissue, rather than occupying space beneath the skin.
Measured in Years
Regenerative results build over months and hold for years. We plan across a two-year horizon rather than selling a treatment at a time.
Evidence, Then Trend
Everything on our menu has published evidence we can show you. When something is promising but unproven, we say exactly that.
Nothing Obvious
Improving skin quality doesn't change your face. Nobody guesses what you've had done because structurally, nothing has been added.
What We Actually Prescribe
Most plans combine two or three of these. Which ones depends on your bloodwork, your skin assessment and your two-year goal.
How a Two-Year Plan Unfolds
Regenerative work has a real timeline. Here is what it looks like honestly, from first appointment to maintenance.
Assessment & Bloodwork
A skin and tissue assessment plus a comprehensive panel. Nothing is prescribed until we've seen what your bloods say — occasionally they change the whole plan.
The Two-Year Map
Which protocols, in what order, at what spacing, and what it costs across the full horizon. Written down, with the evidence base for each.
Months One to Three
The loading phase — usually the most concentrated sessions. You'll notice hydration and glow first; the structural change hasn't happened yet.
Months Three to Nine
New collagen and improved tissue quality become genuinely visible. This is where patience separates regenerative work from filler.
The Annual Review
Imaging and bloods compared against baseline. We tell you what worked, what didn't, and where to spend less next year.
Maintenance
Two or three sessions a year hold what you've built, with the plan adjusted as your bloodwork and priorities change.

We'd Rather Talk You Out of It
Perpetua was founded on the observation that regenerative aesthetics has an evidence problem: the science is genuinely exciting, and the marketing has run miles ahead of it. Clinics sell exosome protocols for indications with no published support at all.
So we do the unglamorous version. Bloodwork before treatment. A written evidence base beside every protocol on the plan. An annual review where we tell you what didn't work. Roughly one consultation in five ends with us recommending less than the patient arrived expecting to buy — which is, we think, the reason the other four trust the plan.
- ✓Bloodwork before any protocol is prescribed
- ✓Published evidence cited beside each treatment
- ✓Two-year plans, not appointment-by-appointment
- ✓An annual review that reports what failed

Including the Ones We Talked Down
I came in wanting filler and left with a two-year plan that barely involves any. Six months of polynucleotides and biostimulator work later, my skin is genuinely better quality rather than just more inflated. That distinction is the whole point.
Perpetua is the first place that told me one of the treatments I'd read about had no real evidence behind it yet. They talked me out of spending four thousand dollars. That's why I've referred six people.
The bloodwork panel found a ferritin problem that explained the fatigue and the hair shedding I'd been blaming on age. Fixing that did more than any treatment would have. I didn't expect an aesthetics practice to look there first.
Regenerative Work Suits Some Goals and Not Others
It is genuinely excellent for tissue quality and genuinely wrong for instant change. Better to know now.
You Want Better Skin, Not Different
Firmness, thickness, hydration and tone — improved without altering the shape of your face at all.
You Can Wait Six Months
The structural results arrive between months three and nine. If that's acceptable, this is the most durable work available.
You Want the Cause Investigated
Fatigue, shedding and dull skin often have a measurable driver. We look before we treat.
You Have an Event in Three Weeks
Regenerative protocols will do nothing visible in that window. A filler or a facial elsewhere is the honest answer.
You Want Volume Restored
If the goal is genuinely more volume in a specific area, filler does that and regenerative work does not. We'll refer you.
You Want a Single Session
Every protocol here is a course. One exosome treatment sold as transformational is exactly the marketing we exist against.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do exosomes actually work?
The evidence is genuinely promising for skin quality and healing when used alongside microneedling or laser, and much thinner for the standalone indications some clinics market. We'll show you what's published for your specific goal, including where it runs out.
How is this different from filler?
Filler occupies space beneath the skin and produces immediate change. Regenerative protocols signal your own tissue to rebuild, which takes months and improves the quality of the skin rather than its volume. They answer different questions, and we're happy to say when filler is the right one.
Why do you insist on bloodwork?
Because a surprising proportion of what patients attribute to ageing — fatigue, hair shedding, poor skin healing — has a measurable driver like low ferritin or a thyroid issue. Treating the skin while ignoring that wastes your money.
When will I see something?
Hydration and glow within a few weeks; genuine firmness and thickness between months three and nine. We photograph under fixed conditions so the change is measured against a baseline rather than judged in a mirror.
What does a two-year plan cost?
It depends entirely on which protocols your assessment points to. The full horizon is quoted in writing before you begin anything, so you're never deciding one appointment at a time without knowing the total.
What if the plan isn't working?
Then the annual review says so. We compare imaging and bloods against your baseline, tell you which protocol underperformed, and either change it or recommend you stop spending on it. That conversation is the point of the review.
