Three Technologies, Matched to You
Most clinics own one device and recommend it to everyone. We run three because they do genuinely different things at different depths.

We'll Tell You If You Need a Surgeon
Verith opened in Summerlin seven years ago with a narrow remit: non-surgical tightening, done with more than one device, under physician supervision. We bought the second and third platforms because the first one could not honestly serve every patient who walked in.
The most valuable thing we do is triage. Mild to moderate laxity responds genuinely well to energy-based tightening. Significant laxity does not, and no amount of Morpheus8 will change that — so we say so, and refer to surgeons we trust. Patients send us their friends because we turn people away.
- ✓Three tightening platforms, not one
- ✓Physician-supervised protocols and settings
- ✓Honest triage — including referral out
- ✓Costs and session counts quoted up front
Three Reasons Results Differ
The device matters far less than who is holding it and how the settings were chosen.
1Matched, Not Sold
Your skin thickness, laxity grade and target depth decide the technology. We own three platforms specifically so the recommendation isn't predetermined by inventory.
2Settings Chosen by a Clinician
Depth and energy are set per area and per patient under physician supervision. Under-treating wastes your money; over-treating causes the problems you read about online.
3Sequenced Over Months
Collagen remodelling takes twelve weeks per round. We plan the whole course up front so you're not judging a three-session result after session one.
Assessment to Result
You'll know at the first appointment whether we can help you — and whether we should.
Laxity Assessment
We grade your laxity, measure skin thickness, and photograph a baseline. This is also where we tell you if you need a surgeon instead.
Your Protocol
Which technology, how many sessions, at what spacing, and what it costs in total — written down before you commit to anything.
Your Sessions
Numbing, then treatment. Morpheus8 leaves you pink for a day or two; Sofwave and Ultherapy have essentially no downtime.
Twelve-Week Review
We compare photographs at twelve weeks after your final session, because that's when the collagen you built is actually visible.
Where Tightening Genuinely Works
Energy-based tightening is excellent for mild to moderate laxity. Here's where we see the clearest results.
A Softening Jawline
Early jowling and the loss of a clean jaw line — the most-treated area and the one that responds most reliably.
Neck Laxity
Crepey texture and mild banding on the neck, where thinner skin often makes ultrasound the better technology.
Post-Weight-Loss Skin
Loose abdominal, arm and thigh skin after significant loss — improvable, though not to a surgical standard.
Crepey Décolletage
Sun-damaged, thinning chest skin that gives away age in every open neckline.
Textured Cheek Skin
Enlarged pores and acne-scar texture, where Morpheus8 improves surface and firmness in the same course.
Early Brow Descent
A heavy or dropping brow in the right candidate, where focused ultrasound can lift without a scalpel.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does skin tightening actually work, or is it hype?
It genuinely works for mild to moderate laxity, and genuinely does not replace a facelift for significant laxity. Most disappointment comes from the wrong patient being treated rather than the technology failing — which is exactly what the assessment exists to prevent.
Which technology is right for me?
It depends on your skin thickness and the depth we need to reach. Morpheus8 suits thicker skin and textured areas; Sofwave often suits the neck and thinner skin; Ultherapy reaches deepest for lift. We own all three so the answer isn't decided by what we happen to have.
How many sessions will I need?
Morpheus8 is typically three sessions four to six weeks apart. Sofwave and Ultherapy are often a single session with an optional top-up at a year. Your total is quoted in writing before you start.
How much downtime is there?
Morpheus8 leaves you pink and slightly swollen for one to two days, with makeup fine from day two. Sofwave and Ultherapy have essentially none — you can go straight back to work. We'll tell you which applies before you book.
When will I see the result?
There's a temporary tightening in the first weeks, then the real change arrives as new collagen forms between weeks eight and twelve after each session. We review photographs at twelve weeks post-course, not before.
What if I actually need surgery?
Then we'll say so at the assessment and refer you to a surgeon we trust. We don't perform surgery, so there's no incentive to keep you in the chair — and a series of tightening sessions on skin that needs lifting is money wasted.
