Feel Better and Look It — Wellness & Aesthetics in Boulder, CO
Bloodwork, hormones and skin in one building, read by one team. Every protocol here starts with a blood panel, not a symptom quiz.

Two Halves That Should Never Have Been Separate
Almost everyone runs one or the other. Running both, in the same notes, is where this practice earns its keep.
Skin Is a Symptom
Adult acne, sudden dryness, hair thinning and stubborn pigmentation are frequently hormonal, nutritional or thyroid stories wearing a dermatological costume. A clinic that only owns a laser can't see that.
Bloodwork Beats a Questionnaire
The longevity industry has become very good at selling protocols off symptom quizzes. We won't write one without a panel, and sometimes the panel is the whole answer.
One Set of Notes
Your injector and the physician managing your hormones read the same chart. That sounds administrative and it is the single most useful thing about being here.
Aesthetics Funds the Patience
The aesthetics side is a healthy business, which is precisely what lets the wellness side take an hour, order the panel, and tell you to come back in three months.
We Say Not Yet, Often
A meaningful share of intakes end with sleep, iron or thyroid work and nothing else. Those patients tend to come back for the rest later, which suits us fine.
Boulder-Honest About Limits
There is real evidence behind some of this and thin evidence behind a lot of it. We'll tell you plainly which side of that line anything sits on before you pay for it.

Nine Years on Pearl Street
Feldspar began as a straightforward aesthetics practice and grew a medical side because patients kept bringing us problems that weren't skin problems.
The pattern repeated often enough to be worth building around: someone books in about their complexion and it turns out to be thyroid, or iron, or five years of four hours' sleep. So we hired a physician, put a phlebotomy room next to the treatment rooms, and made a rule that no protocol gets written before a panel gets read.
We're not a longevity clinic in the fashionable sense. There is no membership you must buy to be seen, no proprietary stack, and no supplement wall in reception. There is bloodwork, an hour of someone's time, and a practice that would rather tell you nothing is wrong.
- ✓Physician-led since 2020, aesthetics since 2017
- ✓In-house phlebotomy — panels drawn on site
- ✓No membership required to be seen
- ✓No supplements sold in reception
Both Sides of the Building
You can use one side and ignore the other entirely. Plenty of people do.
Four Commitments
Written down because they cost us money, which is the only reason a commitment means anything.
No Protocol Without a Panel
Nothing hormonal or metabolic is prescribed off symptoms alone. If you don't want the bloodwork, we'll happily see you on the aesthetics side instead.
Nothing Sold in Reception
No supplement wall, no house-brand stack. If you need something, we'll name it and you can buy it wherever you like.
Evidence Graded Out Loud
Some of what we offer is well-supported and some is promising-but-thin. You'll be told which before you decide, in plain language.
Membership Is Optional
It saves money if you're in twice a year and it's dead weight if you're not. Nobody here is paid to move you onto it.
Intake, Panel, Plan, Review
Four steps, about three months from start to the first proper review.
Intake — One Hour
History, symptoms, what you've already tried and what you actually want. No treatment is sold at this appointment, and it costs the same whichever side of the practice you came in for.
Panel — Drawn On Site
Bloods taken in our own phlebotomy room, usually the same morning. Results back inside a week and read by the physician before you see them.
Plan — Written Down
You get a written plan with an evidence note against each item, a cost, and an explicit list of what we're deliberately NOT doing yet.
Review — Three Months
Repeat panel, honest comparison, and things come off the plan as often as they go on. This is the appointment the whole model exists for.
One Building, Two Halves
Treatment rooms on one side, phlebotomy and consulting rooms on the other, and a reception with no supplement wall in it.

Questions Worth Asking Any Clinic
Do I have to do bloodwork?
Only if you want anything hormonal or metabolic. Aesthetics is entirely available without it. But we won't write a protocol off a symptom questionnaire, because that is how people end up on five things they didn't need.
Is hormone therapy safe?
For many people, appropriately dosed and properly monitored, yes — and for some it isn't indicated at all. That distinction is exactly what the panel, the history and the three-month review exist to establish. Anyone who answers this question without your bloodwork is guessing.
What about IV drips — do they work?
For a measured deficiency, genuinely yes. As a general wellness ritual, the evidence is thin and we'll say so. We'd rather lose the booking than sell you a bag of saline with a story attached.
Can I just come for Botox?
Absolutely, and a lot of people do. You'll never be told you must engage with the medical side. If something in your history suggests a panel would be worth it we'll mention it once, and then leave it with you.
Why is my skin suddenly different?
Often thyroid, iron, perimenopause, a new medication, or sustained poor sleep. It's the reason this practice grew a medical side. We'll treat the skin either way, but we'd rather find the cause than manage the symptom forever.
Do I need the membership?
No. It's worth it if you're having two panels and two reviews a year and it's a waste of money otherwise. Nobody here earns anything for putting you on it.
How long until I feel different?
Iron and thyroid corrections often show within six to eight weeks. Hormone work is usually a three-month conversation. Sleep changes can be quicker than any of it and cost nothing at all.
Do you take insurance?
Some panels can be billed through your insurer and much of what we do can't be. We'll tell you which is which before anything is drawn, and you'll get an itemised estimate at intake.
Book an Intake
An hour, a blood panel, and a written plan with an evidence note against every line of it.
Tell Us Which Half You're Here For
Or both. Most people arrive for one and end up curious about the other.
