We pack every room with proper materials — kitchen, closets, garage, the lot — hand-build crates for artwork, mirrors, marble, and antiques, disassemble furniture, move everything, reassemble and place the furniture where you want it, unpack your boxes and put things away, and then take all the boxes and packing material away with us when we leave. The intent is that you hand over the move at the walkthrough and walk into a finished, livable home on moving day without ever taping a box or lifting a piece of furniture. If you'd prefer to pack some things yourself — many people like to do their own clothes or personal items — we'll simply scope the quote around that. But the default is that we handle all of it.

Yes. We quote one flat price after a proper walkthrough of both homes, and that single number covers packing labour, all materials and boxes, custom crating, the move itself, unpacking, furniture assembly and placement, and removal of all debris and packing material at the end. There is no separate materials invoice, no hourly creep, and nothing added on move day. Because we walk the job in person before quoting, we can stand behind the number rather than lowballing and adjusting later. If you genuinely change the scope after we quote — adding a storage unit's contents, say — we'll agree any change with you in writing beforehand.
