Before You Visit
Can I bring in a prescription from another eye doctor?
Yes. Bring a current prescription (usually less than two years old) and we'll fit lenses to any frame you choose here.
Can you put new lenses in my old frames?
Usually, yes — if the frame is sound, we'll check it and cut new lenses to fit. Very old or fragile frames we'll talk through first.
Why do progressives from here feel different?
Progressives depend on precise measurements taken with the frame on your face. We take them in person and adjust until the lenses feel right.
How long do new glasses take?
Most pairs are ready in 5 to 7 days. Single-vision lenses can often be ready within a day or two.
Do you take vision insurance?
We accept most vision plans and can give you an itemized receipt for out-of-network reimbursement. Call with your plan details and we'll check.
Can I use my HSA or FSA card?
Yes — prescription glasses, sunglasses and eye exams are usually eligible.
