Questions We Get Every Day
Can every pair be ready the same day?
Many single-vision prescriptions can. Progressives, strong prescriptions and special lens types usually take a few days — we'll tell you when you order.
Do I need an appointment?
Not to shop for frames. Eye exams are by appointment, and walk-ins are welcome when there's a gap in the schedule.
Can you use a prescription from another eye doctor?
Yes. Bring a current prescription and your pupil distance if you have it — we can measure that for you.
Do you take vision insurance?
We accept most vision plans for exams and glasses, and we'll show you what your plan covers before you choose.
Can you put new lenses in my own frames?
Usually, yes. We'll check the frame first, then quote the lenses before we start.
What if my new glasses don't feel right?
Come back. We'll adjust the fit, and if the lenses aren't right we'll check them against your prescription.
