Every bottle we sell arrives sealed from authorized distributors, and we verify its batch code on arrival. If a fragrance is ever reformulated, we say so on the listing. And if a bottle arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, we make it right — no interrogation, no return-postage games.

Are your bottles authentic?
Yes — every bottle arrives sealed from authorized distributors, and we verify its batch code before it touches a shelf. If anything is ever off with your bottle, we make it right. No interrogation, no return-postage games.
How do scent consultations work?
Tell us three scents you love — or three you hated — in-store or by email. We'll send back a shortlist of three or four bottles with the reasoning spelled out: why this house, why it suits your skin and climate, and what to expect through the day. It's free, and there's no obligation to buy.
When will my order ship?
Every order is packed and dispatched within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. U.S. shipping takes 2-5 business days, tracked from our Austin boutique to your mailbox — and it's free on orders over $75.
What if I don't love it once I'm home?
Perfume reads differently on skin over a full day than it does at a counter. If the bottle isn't right, you have 30 days to exchange it for something that is — that's the whole policy.
Do you gift wrap?
Every order can be wrapped with a handwritten note at no charge — just tell us what to write. Not sure what to pick? Tell us about the person and we'll choose for you; the Layering Duo is the gift that almost never misses.
Can I visit in person?
Please do — the boutique is in East Austin, open Tuesday to Saturday, 10AM-6PM, with every bottle out on the testing bar. No appointment needed; bring your favorite scent and we'll find its successors.
