What does extrait-strength actually mean?
Extrait de parfum is the highest common concentration of fragrance oil — around 25–30%, versus 15–20% for a typical eau de parfum. Our deepest compositions (Nuit Sauvage, Cendre d'Or, Résine Noire) are true extraits; the rest of the line runs eau de toilette to eau de parfum. Each product page states its concentration.
Are your perfumes really made in-house?
Yes — every Halloway fragrance is composed at our own perfumer's organ, macerated in our studio, and filled by hand in batches of two hundred. No contract manufacturing, no licensed formulas, no white-label juice.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are packed and dispatched within 48 hours, then delivered in 2–5 business days depending on where you are. Every parcel is tracked and packed in protective wrap.
Which size should I start with?
The 30ml is the smart first bottle — months of regular wear at the lowest commitment. If a scent already owns you, the 100ml is the best value per spray.
How long will a bottle last me?
A 30ml is roughly three to four months of daily wear, a 50ml closer to seven — and our extraits stretch further still, since two or three sprays carry the whole day. Stored away from heat and sunlight, an unopened bottle keeps for years.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it — no forms, no fuss. Damage is rare thanks to our packing, but when something goes wrong we make it right.
