Fuzzy vs. Shiny

How much does bee removal cost in San Diego?
Swarm captures are the affordable end — often same-day and flat-rate. Established hive cutouts depend on where the colony built (wall, roof, chimney) and include comb removal, sealing, and repair in the written quote. Either way you'll have a flat price before work starts.
Is live removal really better than just spraying the hive?
Yes, and not only ethically. A sprayed wall hive leaves honey and brood rotting inside — which stains drywall, attracts rats, roaches, and moths, and lures the next swarm to the smell. Removal-plus-cleanout fixes it once.
A swarm just landed in my yard — is it dangerous?
Swarms look dramatic and are usually the calmest bees you'll ever meet — they have no hive to defend. Keep kids and pets at a respectful distance and call us; same-day capture is the norm. Please don't spray them with water or pesticide.
Do you handle Africanized bees?
Yes. Southern California colonies can be Africanized, which changes our protective protocol, not our philosophy — testable colonies are still relocated where safe, and our partner apiaries requeen them to gentle stock.
What about the wasp nest on my eave?
That's the other half of what we do — full-suit removal of yellowjacket, paper wasp, and hornet nests, same-day in most of the county. No rescue, no relocation, just gone.
