The View That Sells the Story
Real estate, land, construction, and cinematic work across Arizona.

A View From Above, Done Right and Done Legally
There's a reason a great aerial stops the scroll: it shows the thing a ground photo simply can't. A house on the ground is a house; from the air it's a home on a lot, in a setting, with the mountain in the distance and the pool catching the light — the whole story, in a single frame. Skyward exists to tell that story, professionally and legally. I'm an FAA Part 107-licensed drone pilot, fully insured, and after eight years and fifteen hundred flights across Arizona I know how to get the shot and how to do it safely — which is not a small thing, because the sky is regulated, and a lot of 'drone guys' are flying in airspace or over people they shouldn't be. For you, that means zero liability and total professionalism: I handle airspace authorizations, fly safely around property and crowds, and deliver clean, high-resolution imagery and cinematic video the next day. For realtors, it means listings that show the land and location and sell faster. For builders and developers, it means consistent construction progress and marketing imagery, month over month. For event producers, it means the aerial content that makes the whole thing look as big as it felt. And for anyone who needs data, it means accurate maps, models, and inspections captured from the air. Arizona is stunning from above — the desert, the light, the sprawl — and I've spent eight years learning exactly how to frame it. Tell me what you need to show, and I'll give you the view.

The Shot That Sells the Land and the Location
In real estate and development, the value is often in the thing a ground photo can't show: the size of the lot, the privacy, the proximity to the mountains or the water, the layout of a whole community, the progress on a site. That's exactly what aerials reveal, and it's why listings with quality drone imagery sell faster and why developers put aerial work in every investor deck. Skyward makes that shot, professionally and on schedule. For realtors, we deliver aerials that show the property in its setting — the acreage, the views, the neighborhood — turning a listing from a house into a home in a place, and we turn them around the next day so you never hold a listing waiting on photos. For builders and developers, we shoot consistent monthly construction progress and marketing aerials that document the whole site clearly and give investors and lenders a real view of the work. And because we're FAA-licensed and insured and handle all the airspace ourselves, you get all of it with zero liability and zero hassle. Eight years and fifteen hundred flights across Arizona have made us the reliable, professional aerial partner realtors and builders keep on call. Send us the address or the site, and we'll put it in the best possible light — from above.

The View That Works
Skyward shoots every luxury listing we take, and the aerials sell homes. A ground photo shows a house; a Skyward aerial shows the lot, the setting, the mountain views, the whole story — and buyers get it instantly. They're licensed, insured, reliable, and the shots are back the next day so we never hold a listing. For any property where the land or the location is a selling point, this is a must. It pays for itself on the first showing.
We use Skyward for monthly construction progress on our developments and it's become essential to how we report to investors and lenders. Consistent angles month over month, clean imagery, and a clear visual record of the whole site from above. They handle airspace and safety professionally every time, and delivery is fast. It's the easiest, most valuable line item in our project marketing and documentation. Highly recommend for any builder.
Skyward flew our outdoor festival and the aerial coverage was the content that blew up — the crowd, the stage, the whole grounds from above, plus cinematic video for the recap. Professional, safe around people, and they nailed the golden-hour timing. Our sponsors loved the exposure and our promo for next year is set. If you want an event to look as big as it felt, get these folks in the air.
Aerial Work, Answered
Are you licensed and insured to fly?
Yes, fully — and it matters more than most people realize. I hold an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot certificate, which is the license legally required to fly a drone commercially in the United States, and I carry drone liability insurance. A lot of 'drone guys' operate without either, flying in controlled airspace or over people where they shouldn't be, which exposes you and your property to real legal and liability risk. Hiring a licensed, insured operator means the work is done legally, safely, and professionally, with zero exposure for you. I handle all airspace authorizations and fly within the rules every time — it's a core part of the service, not an afterthought.
How fast do we get the photos and video?
Next day, in almost every case. I know a listing can't wait and a project report has a deadline, so I color-grade the stills and edit the video quickly and deliver a ready-to-use gallery the next day. Aerial stills come high-resolution and sized for listings, print, and social; cinematic video comes edited and formatted for whatever you need it for. For monthly construction progress, each set is delivered promptly after the flight so your reporting stays on schedule. If you're on a genuine rush — a listing going live, an event recap due — tell me and I'll prioritize it. Speed is part of what makes aerial work actually useful.
Can you shoot real estate, construction, and events?
Yes — those are the core of what I do, along with land, mapping, and inspection. For real estate, I show the lot, setting, and views that sell a property; for builders and developers, I capture consistent monthly construction progress and marketing aerials; for events, I fly festivals, weddings, and gatherings for that big-picture crowd-and-grounds shot plus cinematic recap video. Each has its own considerations — safe flight around people at events, repeatable angles for construction, the right light for property — and eight years of experience means I bring the right approach to each. Whatever you need seen from above, tell me the goal and I'll tell you exactly how I'd fly it.
Do you provide maps, models, or inspections?
Yes. Beyond photography and video, I capture drone data: orthomosaic maps (accurate stitched top-down imagery), elevation and volumetric data, 3D site models, and visual roof and structure inspections. These are used by developers, contractors, surveyors, and property managers who need measurable, accurate information rather than just beautiful imagery — site planning, progress volumes, insurance and inspection documentation, and more. It's captured safely from the air, often faster and cheaper than traditional methods, and delivered in the formats your team works with. If you have a data or inspection need, tell me the site and what you're trying to measure or document, and I'll scope the right capture and deliverables.
What areas do you cover and what does it cost?
I'm based in Phoenix and fly across all of Arizona — the Valley (Scottsdale, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa), plus Sedona, Flagstaff, and beyond for the right project. Pricing is quoted by the job: a single-property real estate flight, a monthly construction package, an event, or a mapping project all price differently, so I build a clear quote based on the scope, location, and deliverables, and recurring work like construction progress is discounted. Reach out with the address or site, what you need (stills, video, progress, mapping), and any timing, and I'll send options fast. For a property, project, or event where the view from above tells the story, aerial imagery is some of the highest-impact money you can spend.
