We specialize in helping anxious dogs feel comfortable! Our puppy introduction service is perfect for nervous pups. We take extra time, use calming techniques, and never rush the process. Many of our most anxious clients now look forward to their visits.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
Yes! We often have same-day availability, especially for basic services like nail clipping or baths. For full grooming services, we recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance, but we'll always try to accommodate urgent needs.

How long does a full grooming session take?
A full grooming session typically takes 2-3 hours depending on your dog's size, coat condition, and temperament. We never rush the process and include breaks if your pup needs them. You're welcome to stay or we'll call when they're ready for pickup.
Do I need to bring anything for my dog's appointment?
Just bring your pup! We provide everything needed including towels, brushes, and premium products. If your dog has specific dietary restrictions or medications, please let us know when booking. We also love hearing about any special preferences or quirks your pup has.
