Where Frisco Kids Come to Play
Cartwheels Kids Club was dreamed up in 2018 by two Frisco parents who were tired of two things: rainy-day boredom and stressful at-home birthday parties. So we built the place we wished existed — a giant, joyful, spotlessly clean indoor world where kids can run, jump, climb, and play their hearts out, and where grown-ups can actually relax.
A hundred thousand happy visits later, we're Frisco's go-to spot for play and parties. We've got two stories of slides, climbers, a ball pit, and a trampoline zone, a soft separate area for toddlers, weekly classes and camps, and a party program that has made us a whole lot of local heroes. We threw our son's 5th birthday at Cartwheels and I am never going back to hosting at home. They handled literally everything — setup, food, the cake table, cleanup, all of it — while fifteen kids ran themselves happily exhausted on the slides and in the ball pit. Cartwheels has saved my sanity on more rainy days and long summer afternoons than I can count. How much does open play cost?
Open play is a simple per-child admission that covers all-day re-entry, so you can grab lunch and come back. Toddlers and crawlers get a discounted rate, and accompanying grown-ups are always free. We also offer multi-child and membership pricing that brings the cost way down for regulars. Exact rates are on our booking page, and there are no hidden fees — socks are required, but we sell them at the front if you forget.
What ages is Cartwheels for?
We're built for kids from crawling babies up to about age ten, with separate zones so every age has a safe, just-right place to play. Our soft toddler area is reserved for our littlest visitors (with toddler-only hours), while the big climbers, slides, and trampolines are sized for older kids. Parents and caregivers are welcome everywhere, free of charge — many hang out right alongside the little ones.
How do birthday parties work?
Easy is the whole point. You pick a package and a date, choose a theme and any add-ons, and show up — we handle everything else. Each party gets a private or semi-private space, a dedicated host, full run of the play areas for your guests, food and drinks, the cake moment, and complete cleanup. Pricing is all-inclusive per package, so there are no surprise costs. Popular weekend slots book up early, so reserve ahead.
Do you require socks, and what are the rules?
Yep — grippy socks are required for everyone (kids and any grown-ups entering the play areas), both for safety and cleanliness. We sell them at the front desk if you forget. Beyond that, the rules are simple and posted clearly: no shoes or food in the play zones, age-appropriate areas only, and gentle play so everyone stays safe and happy. Our staff keep a friendly eye on things throughout.
Can we just drop in, or do we need to book?
For open play, you're welcome to just walk in any time we're open — no reservation needed, though checking our hours online first is smart, especially around private events. Classes, camps, and birthday parties do need to be booked in advance since space is limited. If we're ever hosting a big private party that limits open play, we'll always note it on our website and socials so you can plan around it.
Is it actually clean and safe?
Obsessively so — it's the thing we're proudest of. Every surface is padded or soft, check-in is secure, and our background-checked staff actively supervise each zone. We sanitize high-touch areas throughout the day and do a deep clean nightly. Honestly, a big reason families keep coming back is that they can relax knowing the place is genuinely clean and watched.
