How far in advance should I book?
The sooner the better, especially for weekends, holidays, and the spring/fall party season when popular units go fast. Two to four weeks ahead is ideal, but don't let a short timeline stop you — we often have last-minute availability, so it's always worth a quick call or date check. A small deposit locks in your date and gear.
Do you deliver, set up, and take it down?
Yes — always, and it's included in your quote. Our crew delivers to your home, park, school, church, or venue, sets everything up safely, tests every unit, and gives you a quick rundown. When your event wraps, we come back and pack it all down. You never have to lift, haul, or clean a thing. Free delivery applies across our Greater Orlando service area.
Is everything clean and safe?
Absolutely — it's the part we're proudest of. Every inflatable and rental is commercial-grade, deep-cleaned and sanitized after every single use, and inspected before it goes out. We're fully licensed and carry full liability insurance, anchor every unit to manufacturer spec, and meet the safety standards required by parks, schools, and venues. Your peace of mind is the whole point.
What happens if it rains?
Florida weather happens, and we've got you. If rain or high winds are in the forecast, we'll work with you to reschedule to another available date or, depending on timing, hold a rain credit toward a future booking. Safety always comes first — we never operate inflatables in unsafe conditions. We'll stay in touch in the days before your event so there are no surprises.
What do you need at the setup location?
Most inflatables need a flat, mostly-level area of grass, concrete, or pavement, clear overhead space, and access to a standard power outlet within about 100 feet (we provide generators if not). We'll ask a few quick questions about your space when you book — gate width, surface, and any slopes or obstacles — so everything fits and sets up smoothly on the day. Tight yard? We'll help you find the perfect spot.
How does pricing and payment work?
Every quote is all-inclusive — delivery, setup, and pack-down are built in, with no surprise fees. We confirm your total up front when we check your date. A small deposit reserves your booking, with the balance due before or on delivery. We accept cards and most digital payments, and we're always happy to talk through options for larger events, schools, and community organizations.
