Pools kept inspection-ready and open, with a visit log for every service and one account manager for your whole portfolio.
Properties We Serve
Service plans are built around how many people use the pool and what your inspector expects.

Your Single Account
Garrity only works on commercial pools. Property managers and HOA boards get one account manager, one monthly invoice for every property, and a visit log for each service: who came, what the water tested and what was done. When a pool needs a repair, you get a written price and photos before we start, so approvals don't wait for a site visit.

Commercial Pool FAQ
How much does commercial pool service cost?
It depends on the pool's size, how many visits a week it needs and whether there's a spa. Most apartment and HOA pools run a few hundred to a couple of thousand dollars a month in season. We give you a fixed monthly price after the walkthrough.
How often should a commercial pool be serviced?
Busy apartment and hotel pools usually need three to seven visits a week in summer. Many HOA pools do well with two or three. We set the schedule with you and adjust it by season.
Do you keep the chemical logs the inspector asks for?
Yes. Every visit is logged with the readings and what was added, and you can see the logs at any time. Requirements vary by county, so check your local rules; we keep logs to the standard your inspector expects.
Can you take over from our current pool company?
Yes. We schedule the handover so there's no gap in service, and we review the previous logs and equipment on day one.
Do you handle repairs too?
Yes. Our own technicians repair commercial pumps, filters, heaters and chemical feeders, with a written price and photos before any work.
Do you work weekends?
Yes. Service runs seven days a week in season, and emergency calls are answered every day.
