Hot, Clear And Ready
An attached spa runs hotter and holds far less water than the pool, so its water changes faster. We test it on its own every visit, keep the sanitizer right for the heat, check the jets and the heater, and drain and refill it on a schedule. If you're arriving from up north, tell us the date and it'll be warm when you get here.

How much is weekly pool and spa service in Sarasota?
Weekly pool and spa service starts at $185 a month for a typical screened pool with an attached spa, chemicals included. A pool without a spa costs less. We confirm the price after a first look.
Do you look after homes while owners are away?
Yes. Many of our clients are seasonal. We keep up the weekly service, send the report by email, and can have the spa heated for the day you arrive.
Do you clean the screen enclosure?
We offer a gentle rinse of the cage and pool deck to clear pollen, leaves and mildew drip. Screen repairs and rescreening are a separate trade; we can recommend someone.
How often should the spa be drained?
Most attached spas share the pool's water and don't need draining. A spa with its own water usually needs a drain and refill every three to four months, depending on use.
Why won't my spa get hot?
Common causes are a dirty filter, low water flow, a tripped heater or a failed sensor. We check the simple things first and quote any repair before we do it.
Do you work on saltwater pools?
Yes. We test salt levels, clean the cell when scale builds up and tell you when a cell is near the end of its life.
Should I run a heater or a heat pump?
Heat pumps cost less to run in Sarasota's mild winters. Gas heaters warm the spa much faster. Many homes have both. We'll explain what yours does and keep it serviced.
