(214) 555-0143Every Kind of Closing, Brought to You
Certified signing agents who work real estate paper exclusively — presented page by page, checked line by line.

The Best Hour of Your Move, Not the Worst
Closing on a home should feel like a milestone, not a DMV visit. Yet the traditional version means taking a half-day off, driving across town, and signing a hundred pages while a stranger checks their watch. Keystone was founded to end that.
Our certified signing agents bring the entire closing to wherever you are — your kitchen, your agent's conference room, the empty living room of the house you're buying. Documents arrive organized and tabbed, every page is explained in plain English, and nobody rushes the moment you've worked years to reach. Nine years and nine thousand closings later, our favorite part is still the keys.
- ✓Closings at your table, 7 days a week
- ✓Every document explained, never rushed
- ✓Packages tabbed, checked & returned same-day
- ✓Certified, bonded & background-screened agents

Keys Handed, Reviews Earned
We closed on our first house at our own kitchen table on a Saturday morning — coffee in hand, kids in pajamas, zero stress. Our signing agent walked us through every document in plain English, flagged where to read carefully, and made the biggest purchase of our lives feel calm. Keys by noon.
As a listing agent I've sat through hundreds of closings, and Keystone's are simply cleaner. On time, every page presented in order, sellers relaxed instead of rushed. I book them for every out-of-state seller now — they even coordinated a split signing across two time zones without breaking a sweat.
Refinanced two rental properties in one evening session. Their agent had both packages organized, tabbed, and cross-checked — forty minutes, zero errors, funded on schedule. For investors who value their time, there's no comparison to the drive-to-an-office routine.

Nothing Late
Same-day scan-backs and tracked shipping to title, every time. Your funding timeline is the deadline we run on.
Nothing Hidden
Flat fees quoted when you book — travel, evenings, and weekends included in the number, not discovered after.

What Buyers & Sellers Ask
Can we really close anywhere?
Anywhere reasonable in DFW — your kitchen, your agent's office, a title branch, the model home, even the empty living room of the house you're buying (a client favorite). You pick the table; we bring the documents, the seals, and the calm. Evening and weekend slots run 8 AM to 8 PM, seven days.
Is a mobile closing as official as one at an office?
Identical. The documents, notarizations, and legal effect are exactly the same — the only difference is the chair you're sitting in. We coordinate directly with your title company and lender, and the signed package is scanned and shipped back the same day, so funding proceeds on the normal timeline.
What does a mobile closing cost, and who pays?
A flat signing fee quoted when you book — travel, evenings, and weekends already included. On most purchases and refis the fee appears on your settlement statement like any other closing cost, and sometimes the lender or title company covers it entirely. Either way you'll know the exact number before you commit.
What should we have ready on closing day?
A current government photo ID for every signer, and a cashier's check or wire confirmation if you're bringing funds (your title company will tell you the amount). We handle everything else — including spare pens and answers to the question you were embarrassed to ask, which everyone asks.
What if our documents are late or the date moves?
Welcome to real estate — dates move. We hold flexible windows around doc delivery, reschedule without drama, and keep evening slots open for rate-lock rescues. If a lender re-draws documents mid-signing, we've done that dance many times; your closing still happens.
Can one of us sign remotely or by power of attorney?
Yes, both are common. Split signings let one signer close at the table while the other signs elsewhere (including by RON video where the lender permits), and POA closings work when the document is drafted correctly — we'll flag the requirements with your title company in advance so there are no surprises at the table.
