Paperwork Without the Hassle — Mobile Notary Service in Columbus
Trustline is the notary people actually recommend to friends — patient with first-timers, quick with regulars, and cheerfully mobile across all of Columbus. Bring the document; we'll bring the plain English.

Every Signature, Handled Kindly
Same careful standard whether it's your first notarization or your five-hundredth.

The Un-Intimidating Notary
Most people meet a notary three or four times in a whole life — usually on a stressful day, usually with no idea what's about to happen. We built Trustline around that exact person. The office in the Short North is bright and unstuffy, the explanations come in plain English, and nobody has ever been made to feel silly for asking what a jurat is.
Six years and thirteen thousand documents later, the model hasn't changed: be kind, be correct, be on time, and charge exactly what the sign says. Roughly half our appointments now come from friend-of-a-friend recommendations, which is the only marketing metric we track.
- ✓Plain-English explanations, always
- ✓Posted prices, exactly as charged
- ✓Bright, unstuffy Short North office
- ✓Half our bookings are referrals
Your First Notarization, Demystified
It's genuinely easy. Here's the whole thing, start to finish.
Don't Sign Anything Yet
Seriously — stop! The notary has to watch you sign. Arriving with an unsigned document is doing it right.
Grab Your Photo ID
A current driver's license, state ID, or passport. That's how we verify you're you — it's the whole point of us.
Come In or Book
Walk in during hours or book a slot. Tell us the document type and we'll flag anything special (like witnesses) before you arrive.
Sign, Stamp, Done
We watch you sign, complete the certificate, apply the seal, and explain what to do next. Most first visits run under ten minutes.
Ten Minutes, Start to Stamped
Walk in, book online, or have us come to you — whatever's easiest wins.
Bring Us Any of These
Or anything else Ohio law allows — when in doubt, just ask.
Affidavits & sworn statements
Powers of attorney
Vehicle title transfers
Real estate documents
Student & transcript forms
Travel consent for minors
Healthcare directives
Small business agreements
Copy certifications
Wills & estate papers
Insurance & retirement forms
Adoption paperwork
The Stuff Everyone Wonders
I've never done this before — will you walk me through it?
With genuine pleasure. First-timers are half our business and honestly our favorite appointments. We'll explain what your document needs, check your ID, watch you sign, and complete the certificate — narrating the whole way in plain English. Most first visits are done inside ten minutes, questions included.
What do I need to bring?
Two things: your document (unsigned — we need to watch that part) and a current government-issued photo ID like a driver's license or passport. If your document needs witnesses beyond the notary, bring them along or mention it when you book and we'll help arrange them.
How much does it cost?
Ohio sets the notary fee per act, and it's posted on our wall and website along with flat mobile travel rates by area. The number on the sign is the number on your receipt — no processing fees, no surprises, no tip jar guilt. Students get the same posted price, which on a student budget is the point.
Can you come to me?
All over the metro — homes, offices, coffee shops, hospitals, and care facilities from Westerville to Grove City. Mobile visits run on booked windows with a text when we're fifteen minutes out. Same-day is often possible if you call before mid-afternoon.
Can you notarize my student or study-abroad documents?
Weekly and happily — transcript certifications, enrollment verifications, study-abroad consents, and international program forms. We know what the common programs require and we'll flag anything that actually needs the university registrar instead, saving you a wasted trip.
What CAN'T a notary do?
We can't give legal advice, help you decide what to sign, or draft documents — that's attorney territory, and we're careful about the line. We also can't notarize for a signer who isn't present or willing, or certify copies of certain vital records. If your situation needs a lawyer, we'll say so kindly and point you toward Columbus' legal-aid resources.
Let's Get You Stamped
Pick a time that works and tell us what you're signing — confirmation lands by text the same day.
