How do you cover the whole state?
Agents are stationed across Utah's population centers — the Wasatch Front thickly, and Logan, Park City, Vernal, Moab, and St. George besides. What does dispatch cost?
Utah's statutory notary fee per signature plus a flat travel fee by zone — quoted in full when you call, before anything is dispatched. Evenings and weekends carry a posted premium. Can we get the same notary each time?
For standing business accounts, yes — your coordinator assigns a primary agent (or a small pod for coverage) so the same faces learn your documents and your front desk. For one-off dispatches we optimize for speed, but you can always request a specific agent you've worked with, subject to their schedule.
Do your agents handle loan signings?
A certified subset does — NNA-certified signing agents with E&O coverage who work title and escrow packages exclusively. Tell dispatch it's a loan signing and the match happens within that pool, never with a general-purpose notary. Title companies can also contract the loan pool directly as a standing vendor.
What hours does dispatch answer?
Live dispatchers work 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week — and requests submitted overnight through the form are queued for the first morning dispatch. True after-hours emergencies (hospital signings, mostly) are handled by the on-call rotation; call and follow the prompt, and someone will pick up.
