Skip the Waiting Room — Mobile Notary in Austin, at Your Door
Skip the drive and the waiting room. Sterling Seal brings bonded, background-screened notarization to your door — home, office, hospital, or café — seven days a week, often the same day you call.
Notary Services, Done Right the First Time
From a single signature to a full loan package, every appointment is handled by a certified notary who checks the details so your documents are accepted — not rejected.

The Notary That Comes to You
Sterling Seal began with a simple frustration: getting a document notarized shouldn't mean taking time off work, hunting for a bank branch, and hoping the person behind the counter knows what a jurat is. So we built the opposite — a mobile notary service that shows up where and when you need it, handled by people who do this all day, every day.
Every signing is performed by a commissioned Texas notary who is NNA certified, $100,000 bonded, and background-screened. We check IDs carefully, complete the certificate correctly, and treat your paperwork — and your time — with the seriousness it deserves. Nine years and twelve thousand signings later, that standard hasn't changed.

We Come to You
Your notary arrives on time at the place you chose, with everything needed to complete the signing properly.
We Verify & Notarize
We check your valid photo ID, confirm you understand the document, witness your signature, and apply the official seal.
You're Done
You walk away with correctly notarized documents in hand — and, for loan packages, we handle the return shipping for you.
A Notary Can Be On the Way
Most same-day requests are met within the hour. Tell us where you are and what you're signing — we'll take it from there.

Closings That Come Back Clean
For lenders, title companies, and escrow officers, a bad signing agent is expensive — missed initials, a wrong date, a package that bounces back and blows the funding timeline. That's the problem we exist to solve.
Our certified signing agents handle refinances, purchases, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, and sellers' packages with a checklist-driven precision that protects your close. We present every page in order, catch the fields borrowers miss, and return complete, error-free packages on schedule. Borrowers get a calm, professional experience at their own table; you get a signing you never have to think about twice.
- ✓Refi, purchase, HELOC & reverse packages

What You Can Count On
Every notary is bonded and certified. Not every notary treats the appointment like it matters. Here's what sets us apart.
On Time, Every Time
We respect your schedule. Your notary arrives when promised — or calls the moment anything changes. Punctuality isn't a courtesy here, it's the job.
Right the First Time
A rejected notarization costs you a second appointment and a blown deadline. We check IDs and certificates carefully so it's done correctly, once.
Calm Under Pressure
Hospital bedsides, jail visits, last-minute closings — we handle sensitive, high-stakes signings with patience, discretion, and a steady hand.
Real People, Real Answers
Call and a knowledgeable notary picks up — not a call center. We'll tell you exactly what to bring and what to expect before we arrive.

Mobile Across Greater Austin
We cover Austin and the surrounding Central Texas communities — Downtown, South Congress, East Austin, The Domain, Westlake, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, and beyond. Wherever you are in the metro, a Sterling Seal notary can usually be at your door within the hour.
Need a signing outside our core area or a group of documents handled for your business? Just call. We regularly travel for loan closings, corporate signings, and care-facility visits throughout the region, and we'll always quote your travel fee upfront before we head your way.

Good to Know Before You Sign
What ID do I need for a notarization?
You'll need a current, government-issued photo ID — a driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID all work. The name on your ID should reasonably match the name on the document. If your ID has expired or you don't have one, call us first; in some cases credible identifying witnesses can be used, and we'll walk you through the options before your appointment.
How much does a mobile notary cost?
You pay a small per-signature notarial fee set by Texas plus a travel fee based on your location and the time of day. We always quote the full amount before we head your way, so there are never surprises. Loan signings and multi-document appointments are quoted as a flat package — just tell us what you need and we'll give you a clear price.
Can you come the same day, or after hours?
Yes — same-day, evening, weekend, and holiday appointments are a core part of what we do. Most same-day requests are met within the hour. For urgent hospital, care-facility, or last-minute closing signings, call us directly and we'll move quickly to get a notary to you.
Do you notarize loan and real estate documents?
Absolutely. We're certified loan signing agents and handle refinances, purchases, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, and sellers' packages. We present every page correctly, catch the fields borrowers commonly miss, and return complete, error-free packages to your escrow or title company on time.
What is an apostille, and can you help me get one?
An apostille is a certificate that authenticates a document for use in another country. We notarize the underlying document where required and guide it through Texas state authentication and apostille — for birth and marriage certificates, diplomas, corporate records, and more — so you don't have to navigate the process alone.
Can you notarize online without meeting in person?
Yes. Through Remote Online Notarization (RON), we can notarize many documents over a secure live video session from anywhere in the country. Your identity is verified electronically and the session is recorded as required by Texas law. Reach out and we'll let you know whether your specific document qualifies for RON.
