Does using a travel agent cost extra?
Usually not — and often it saves you money. Much of our compensation comes from our travel partners, not from you, and our access frequently means better value than booking yourself. For complex custom itineraries we may charge a transparent planning fee, which we'll always disclose up front. Either way, you're paying for expertise, access, and hours of work you'd otherwise do alone.
Can you plan a completely custom trip?
Absolutely — bespoke is what we do best. The trip types on our site are just starting points; the vast majority of what we plan is built entirely from scratch around your specific dreams, dates, pace, and budget. That said, we love a good last-minute trip too and can often work magic on shorter timelines.
