Real Estate Auctions in Oklahoma City
Voss & Harrow sell homes, land, and commercial property the fastest way there is — competitive auction. Set the date, market hard, and let qualified bidders drive the price. Sold in 30 to 45 days, not months.
What We Take to Auction
If it's real estate, competitive bidding can sell it — fast, and at true market value.

Competition Sets the Price — Not a Sticker
A traditional listing asks one buyer to agree to your price. An auction puts qualified, motivated bidders in direct competition — and competition is what pushes a property to its true market value.
You set the terms and a firm sale date. We handle the marketing blitz that fills the bidder pool. On auction day, buyers compete in the open, and the property sells — often above what a listing would have fetched, in a fraction of the time.
- ✓Bidders compete — the price moves up, not down
- ✓A firm sale date, set by you
- ✓No lowball offers or endless negotiation
- ✓Transparent, fully documented process
Four Reasons Sellers Choose Auction
Speed, price, and certainty — without the guesswork of a traditional listing.
Speed
Most properties sell in 30 to 45 days from signed agreement to sold — not the months a traditional listing can drag on.
True Market Price
Open, competitive bidding drives the price to what the market will actually pay — often above a list price.
Certainty
A firm auction date and pre-qualified bidders mean a real closing on a known timeline, with no financing surprises.
Control
You set the reserve and the terms. You're never obligated to sell below a price you're comfortable with.
From Consignment to Sold Day
A proven, transparent path from signed agreement to closing.
Proposal & Strategy
We evaluate your property, recommend the right auction format, and set a reserve and date with you.
The Marketing Blitz

Auction Day
Registered bidders compete in the open. The property sells to the highest bid at or above your reserve.
Fast, Clean Close
Pre-qualified financing and a signed contract on the fall of the hammer mean a smooth close, on schedule.

How Real Estate Auctions Work
Will my property sell for less at auction?
It's the opposite dynamic. A listing asks one buyer to accept your price; an auction makes qualified buyers compete, which pushes the price up. And you set a reserve — a minimum you're comfortable with — so it never sells below that.
What is a reserve?
The lowest price you'll accept. If bidding doesn't reach your reserve, you're not obligated to sell. Most of our auctions clear the reserve because our marketing fills the room with motivated, qualified bidders.
How long does the whole process take?
Typically 30 to 45 days from signed agreement to sold — a marketing period of a few weeks, then auction day, then a fast close with pre-qualified buyers.
What kinds of property do you auction?
Homes and estates, luxury property, land and ranches, and commercial buildings and portfolios — across Oklahoma and beyond.
Who pays the fees?
It varies by auction format. Many of our sales use a buyer's premium, meaning the buyer covers the commission. We'll lay out exactly how it works for your property in your free proposal.
How do bidders qualify?
Every bidder registers in advance and provides proof of funds or financing. That's how we make sure the winning bid is real and the sale actually closes.
