Typically two to three hours for an average single-family home, longer for larger or older properties. We never rush — we'd rather find the problem than make the next appointment.
Can I be there during the inspection?
Absolutely, and we encourage it. Walking the home with your inspector is the best way to understand the findings. If you can't make it, we'll walk you through everything by phone.
When will I get the report?
The same day — usually the same evening. It's a full photo report, rated by priority, that you can read on your phone and share with your agent right away.
