Driver & Carrier Questions
Do I need a CDL?
Not for every job. We place CDL-A and CDL-B drivers, and we also have non-CDL box truck, van and yard roles.
How much experience do I need?
Most CDL-A carriers ask for at least a year behind the wheel. Some local and dedicated routes will take recent school graduates with a clean record.
When do I get paid?
Every Friday by direct deposit, with miles, stops and hours on your stub.
How are drivers screened?
Every driver passes an MVR check, a DOT drug screen and a road test before we place them with you.
How fast can you fill a seat?
Same week for most local CDL-A and non-CDL roles. Call before 2pm and we can often cover the next shift.
Can we hire a driver permanently?
Yes. Temp-to-hire drivers can convert after 90 days, and direct-hire searches are available too.
