Direct-hire placements carry a one-time fee based on first-year salary, charged only when your engineer starts. Contract engineers are billed hourly, including their pay, payroll taxes and insurance.

Do you recruit for defense programs?
Yes. We follow ITAR-aware processes, confirm citizenship or permanent residency where required, and can recruit engineers with active clearances.
