Planner & Staff Questions
How far ahead should we book event staff?
Two to four weeks is ideal, and six or more for large conventions in peak season. We regularly fill smaller requests within 48 hours.
Is there a minimum booking?
Four staff for a four-hour shift. Most clients book full days or multi-day shows.
What happens if someone doesn't show up?
Your coordinator replaces them within two hours at no extra cost, and on crews of 20 or more our on-site captain covers the gap in the meantime.
Do your staff wear our uniform or brand shirts?
Yes. Send us your shirts or a dress code and we'll match it. Standard black-and-white service attire is included.
Do I need event experience to work with Brightfold?
No. Most registration, guest services and crew roles need no experience. We train you before your first shift, and bartending roles need a current alcohol server certification.
How and when do event staff get paid?
Every Friday by direct deposit for the shifts you worked the week before.
