Permanent placements carry a one-time fee based on first-year salary, charged only when your new hire starts. Interim and contract staff are billed hourly, including their pay, payroll taxes and insurance.
How quickly can you place interim staff?
Most interim accountants and analysts start within a week. For year-end and audit season, book two to three weeks ahead.
Do you run confidential searches?
Yes. Controller and CFO searches are usually run without a public posting, with candidates approached directly and your company named only when you agree.
