How quickly can you fill a shift?
Most requests are confirmed within about two hours. For same-day call-outs, call the scheduling line rather than using the form — it's answered around the clock.
Are your clinicians your employees?
Yes. Carrowmoor clinicians are our W-2 employees. We handle payroll, payroll taxes, workers' compensation and professional liability coverage.
What does it cost?
You pay an agreed hourly rate by license type, with overtime, holiday and short-notice rules written into your agreement before the first shift. There are no placement fees on per diem or contract staff.
What if a clinician isn't the right fit?
Tell us after the shift. We'll follow up with both of you, and that clinician won't be scheduled on your unit again unless you ask for them.
Do I pay anything to join?
Never. There is no fee to register, work shifts or be placed in a permanent role.
How and when am I paid?
Weekly, by direct deposit every Friday, for all hours worked through the previous Sunday.
Can I choose my own shifts?
Yes. You tell us your availability and preferred units, and you accept only the shifts that suit you.
What do I need to get started?
An active Texas or compact license (or CNA certification), current BLS, your immunization records and two recent clinical references. We'll walk you through the rest.
