Staff Your Guests Won't Notice — For All The Right Reasons

Silvercourt was founded in 2013 by a former banquet director who spent too many nights covering for agency staff who arrived late, under-dressed and unbriefed. We built the opposite: a roster of professionals who know how a Las Vegas ballroom runs, who arrive in your uniform standard, and who have been told who the VIPs are before the doors open.

Today we staff resort ballrooms, restaurant groups, concert venues and convention halls from Downtown to Henderson.

We had a four-hundred-cover gala and lost our banquet partner two days out. Silvercourt sent forty servers and three captains in pressed blacks who ran it like they'd worked our ballroom for years.
Derrick Coles
Convention week used to mean overtime and burnout for my team. Now I book Silvercourt room attendants a month ahead and every shift gets filled.
Camila Reyes
I pick up banquet shifts around my classes. The captains are great to work with and I'm paid every Friday, tips included.

Questions Venues And Staff Ask

How far ahead do we need to book?

For conventions and large galas, two to four weeks is ideal. For tonight's shifts, call the booking desk — most same-day requests are confirmed within four hours.

Are your staff your employees?

Yes. Everyone on the Silvercourt roster is our W-2 employee, covered by our workers' compensation and liability insurance.

How is pricing set?

Each role has an hourly rate with a four-hour shift minimum, and overtime and holiday rules are written into your agreement before the first booking.

Do servers and bartenders have the right cards?

Yes. We verify and keep copies of TAM cards for anyone serving alcohol and food handler cards for anyone handling food, and we track their expiry dates.

How do tips work for your staff?

Tips and gratuities follow your venue's policy and are paid out to staff in full with their weekly pay.

Do job seekers pay any fees?

Never. Applying, orientation and being booked on shifts are free for staff.
