How much does temporary staffing cost?
You pay an hourly bill rate that covers the worker's wages, payroll taxes, workers' compensation and our service. We'll quote it in writing for each role before anyone starts.
How quickly can someone start?
Most temporary roles are filled within three working days. For high-volume or specialist roles we'll give you a realistic timeline on the first call.
What if the person isn't a good fit?
Tell us after the first shift. We'll replace them at no extra charge and you won't be billed for hours that didn't work out.
Do job seekers pay anything?
Never. Registering, interviewing and being placed through Copperwick is free.
When do temps get paid?
Every Friday by direct deposit, for hours worked the previous week.
