How fast can a temp start?
If you call before 3pm, most temps start the next morning. For urgent same-day cover, call and we'll tell you honestly what we can do.
What does a temp cost?
You pay an hourly bill rate that covers the temp's wages, payroll taxes, workers' compensation and our service. We'll quote it before anyone starts, with no placement fee on temporary assignments.
Can we hire a temp permanently?
Yes. After a set number of hours you can hire them directly, and the conversion fee shrinks the longer they've worked for you.
What if the temp isn't a good fit?
Tell us after the first shift. We'll send a replacement the same day and you won't be billed for the shift that didn't work out.
Do job seekers pay any fees?
Never. Applying, skills testing and being placed on assignments are free.
What should I bring to the walk-in office?
A photo ID and, if you have one, a résumé. We'll do the rest — interview, skills tests and paperwork — in about an hour.
