Why Travelers Stay With Wrenfield

  • One recruiter for every contract
  • Real weekly take-home shown before you sign
  • A 24/7 clinical support line on every assignment

Tasha Greene, RN
Six contracts with Wrenfield now. When my housing in Denver fell through the week before I started, my recruiter had a furnished place for me in two days.
Terrence Mabry, RN
They showed me my real weekly take-home before I signed — pay, stipends and hours spelled out. No blended-rate surprises on my first check.
Deborah Kline, MSN
We had eleven open ICU lines going into flu season. Wrenfield had eight travelers credentialed and on the floor in three weeks, and most extended.

About Wrenfield

A Nashville Agency Started By Travel Nurses

Wrenfield was founded in 2012 by two ICU nurses who had spent six years traveling and knew exactly what went wrong at other agencies — pay that changed after signing, housing nobody checked, recruiters who disappeared after day one. We built the agency they wished they'd had, and we still run it from Nashville.

  • Founded and led by travel nurses
  • Clinical team of RNs on call 24/7
  • Credentialing handled by our in-house compliance team

Travel Nurse & Facility Questions

Do I need a multistate (compact) license?

It helps. A compact license lets you work in any compact state without a new license. For other states, we reimburse single-state license fees when your contract needs one.

How long are travel nurse contracts?

Most run 13 weeks. Some are 8 or 26 weeks, and many can be extended if you and the unit want to keep going.

How much experience do I need?

Usually at least two years in your specialty. Some units ask for more, and we'll tell you before we submit you.

Can I travel with my pet or a friend?

Yes. Tell your recruiter and we'll look for pet-friendly housing, or contracts near each other for travel partners.

How quickly can a facility get travelers?

We send credentialed profiles within 48 hours for most specialties. Travelers usually start two to four weeks later, faster for crisis response.

How are facilities billed?

One all-inclusive hourly bill rate per traveler, covering pay, housing, insurance and credentialing. We quote per unit.
