Common Questions
How fast can you staff a new site?
Most requests are filled within 48 hours. For a large new program — forty or more associates — we plan a ramp-up over one to two weeks so everyone is screened and trained.
What does it cost?
You pay an hourly bill rate per associate that covers their wages, payroll taxes, workers' compensation and our service. Rates depend on the role and shift, and we'll put them in writing before any crew starts.
What happens if someone doesn't show up?
A replacement is sent within two hours at no extra charge, and repeat no-shows are removed from your roster.
Can we hire associates permanently?
Yes. After a set number of hours on assignment you can convert an associate to your payroll, and the conversion fee reduces the longer they've worked for you.
Do job seekers pay any fees?
Never. Applying, being placed and getting forklift certified through Brindle costs associates nothing.
What do I need to apply?
Be at least 18, able to lift up to 50 pounds, pass a background check and drug screen, and bring steel-toe boots to your first shift.
