The Taproom

More Than a Pint

It's a brewery first, but the taproom is built to hang in — here's what you'll find when you come by.

16 Rotating Taps

The board never sits still — from flagship IPAs to one-off cellar pours, there's always something new on.

Growlers & Cans to Go

Take the fresh stuff home — crowlers, four-packs, and growler fills of anything on tap.

Dog & Kid Friendly

A big patio, water bowls, board games, and room to run. Bring the whole crew, four legs included.

Weekend Food Trucks

A rotating lineup of Denver's best trucks parked out front Friday through Sunday.

Private Events

Book the back or the whole patio for parties, work happy hours, and beer-fueled celebrations.

Independent & Local

No conglomerate, no shortcuts — just an independent Denver brewery making beer we're proud of.

How It's Made

From Grain to Glass

Every pint starts a few steps back — right here behind the bar you're drinking at.

1

Mash & Boil

Local grain is milled and mashed, then the wort is boiled with whole-cone hops.

2

Ferment

Our house yeast does the slow work in the tanks you can see from your stool.

3

Condition

Lagers lager, sours sour in barrels, and everything gets the time it needs.

4

Tap It Fresh

Straight from tank to tap, feet from where it was made. It doesn't get fresher.

The Brewery

Independent, in the Best Sense

Highline Ferment started in a RiNo garage with a two-barrel system and a stubborn idea: make the beer we wanted to drink, keep it independent, and never stop changing the list. Seven years later the tanks are bigger, the patio is fuller, and the idea hasn't budged.

We brew everything on-site, a few feet from the bar, and rotate the taps constantly because good beer should keep surprising you. No conglomerate money, no flagship-and-nothing-else — just a Denver brewery that loves this too much to coast.

The Regulars

Denver Keeps a Stool Warm

My favorite taproom in RiNo, hands down. The tap list is always moving so there's a reason to come back weekly, and everything from the hazy IPA to the cellar sours is dialed. Dog-friendly patio, food trucks on weekends — it's the whole package.

The lager is a masterclass and the barrel-aged stout is worth planning around. You can watch the tanks right from the bar, and the crew clearly loves talking beer without any snobbery. Filled a growler and it lasted about a day.

Booked the back for a work happy hour and it was perfect — flights for the group, a taco truck out front, and no attitude. Great beer, great space, great people. Denver's beer scene is deep and these folks are right at the top.

Good to Know

Before You Come By

Do you serve food?

The taproom is beer-focused, but there's a rotating lineup of Denver food trucks out front Friday through Sunday, and you're always welcome to bring your own food in any day.

Are dogs and kids welcome?

Both, always — leashed dogs get water bowls and the run of the patio, and we keep board games and space for kids. It's a hangout, not a stuffy tasting room.

Can I take beer home?

Yes — fresh-filled crowlers and growlers of anything on tap, plus four-packs of the flagships to go. It's as fresh as it gets short of drinking it here.

What's on tap right now?

Sixteen taps that rotate constantly, so the board's always changing. The current list lives on our socials and the newsletter, or just ask the bar and grab a flight to explore.

Can I book a private event?

Absolutely — the back room and the patio host work happy hours, birthdays, and parties, with flights and reserved taps. Send the details through the form and we'll set it up.

Where are you and is there parking?

2801 Larimer in the heart of RiNo, with street parking, nearby lots, and an easy walk from the 38th & Blake light rail station.
