Bluebird Kitchen opened in 2020 with a simple idea: brunch shouldn't end at noon. Six years later we're still serving lemon ricotta pancakes at 2pm, pouring coffee from Denver roasters, and cracking eggs from farms up the road.
It's the kind of place you come for a slow Saturday and end up staying till the afternoon — the patio in the sun, a second mimosa, and absolutely nowhere else to be.

For tables of six or more and private events, yes — book through the form below. Smaller parties are walk-in, and weekend waits move quickly with coffee at the bar.
Is it really brunch all day?
Yes! The full brunch menu is served from open to close every day — pancakes at 2pm are absolutely allowed.
Do you have vegan and gluten-free options?
Plenty, marked on every section of the menu. Our kitchen is happy to adapt dishes for allergies — just let your server know.

We're at 3210 Tejon St in the Highlands. There's street parking nearby and a lot a block away — and it's an easy walk from LoHi.
