The Shop

A Pastel Little Stage

Soft Geometry started with a simple idea: gelato deserves to be as considered as everything else you love — the shop it's scooped in, the cone it sits on, the color of the walls behind it. So we built a small pastel stage on Palm Canyon and filled the case with the best small-batch gelato we could make.

We churn in tiny batches every morning, we rotate the flavors weekly so there's always something new to chase, and we make the whole thing — sundaes, cones, the room — beautiful on purpose. It's dessert as a design object. Come take a picture, then demolish it.
