Commercial Solar in Stockton
Engineered, permitted and built by our own crews for Central Valley warehouses, cold storage, farms and offices — with a savings case you can take to your CFO.
Six Ways We Put Power On Your Property
Most projects combine two or three. We start from your interval data and your site, not from a product.

One Company From The Feasibility Study To Year Twenty-Five
Halvenor was founded by two electrical engineers who had watched too many commercial projects handed from a sales firm to a designer to a subcontracted crew — and then to nobody once the ribbon was cut. We keep every stage in house: our engineers model the savings and design the system, our own licensed crews build it, and our operations team monitors it for as long as you own it.
- ✓In-house electrical and structural engineering
- ✓Licensed general and electrical contractor in California
- ✓NABCEP-certified project leads and OSHA-trained crews
- ✓PG&E interconnection handled from application to permission to operate
The Numbers A Finance Team Cares About
Lower Demand Charges
Solar paired with storage trims the afternoon peaks that often make up the biggest line on a commercial bill.
A Predictable Energy Cost
Power you generate isn't exposed to future rate increases, which makes budgeting a decade out a lot easier.
Valley Sun, Valley Loads
Cooling, refrigeration and irrigation peak on the same summer afternoons the Central Valley produces the most solar.
A Case You Can Audit
Every proposal shows the model: your interval data, the production estimate, the rate schedule and every assumption behind the payback.

Questions From Owners And Facilities Teams
Are there still tax incentives for commercial solar?
Some federal incentives still apply to commercial projects under current law, but the deadlines are tighter than they were and depend on when construction starts and when the system is placed in service. We model your project with and without them and flag the dates that matter; your tax advisor confirms what you can claim.
Will you put panels on a roof that needs replacing soon?
We'd rather not, and we'll tell you if we find that. Our structural review looks at the roof's remaining life; if it's close, we'll recommend reroofing first or a carport or ground-mount instead.
How does billing work with PG&E after solar?
Commercial customers are on net billing, which credits exported power at a lower rate than you pay for imported power. That's why we size systems to cover what you use on site and often pair them with storage, rather than oversizing to export.
Can we own the system without paying cash up front?
Yes. We model financing and third-party-owned options — a lease or power purchase agreement — alongside a cash purchase so you can compare them on the same assumptions.
Will installation disrupt our operations?
We schedule around your shifts, stage work in sections, and keep the site lead in daily contact with your facilities team. Most tie-ins are done in a planned shutdown of a few hours, often on a weekend.
Do you maintain systems another company installed?
Yes. Our operations team takes on existing commercial systems — monitoring, inverter service, cleaning and annual inspections — after a baseline audit.
