Two Tables, One Room, One Start Time
Most spas treat couples by putting two people in two rooms and hoping the appointments line up. Isolde was built the other way around: every suite has two tables, its own shower and tub, and a door that stays closed from the moment you arrive.
Your therapists start together and finish together. One of you can ask for deep pressure and the other for barely any, and nobody has to compromise.

How Three Hours Go
The most-booked package, minute by minute, so you know what you're walking into.
Arrive and change
Fifteen minutes early. Robes and slippers are laid out in the suite, and the tub is already filling.
The soak
Thirty minutes in the suite's tub with mineral salts, the door closed, a pot of tea on the ledge.
The massage
Ninety minutes on the two tables, your therapists starting together. Pressure is yours to call, separately.
Facials and the lounge
Fifty-minute facials, then the lounge for tea and fruit. Nobody is waiting for your room.
What's Waiting in the Room
Stay for Tea
Every package ends in the lounge rather than the parking lot. There's a pot of tea, sliced fruit and nothing on the clock. Most couples stay another half hour; some stay until we close.
On the Anniversary Evening the lounge is yours alone, with sparkling cider and chocolates set out while you shower.

We leave a gap between every booking, so the suite is never turned over around you.

Gift cards for any package, emailed within the hour or printed and mailed in a card. They don't expire.
Booking for Two
Do we have to want the same massage?
No. You each choose your own pressure and oil, and one of you can have deep pressure while the other has a light Swedish massage. The only thing you share is the start time.
One of us is new to massage. Is that a problem?
Tell us when you book. Your therapist will explain what happens before you start, and you stay draped the whole time. Being in the same room as your partner makes a first massage easier for most people.
Can we book a suite for the same day?
Often, on weekdays. Weekends and the Anniversary Evening are usually booked two to three weeks ahead. Send the date you have in mind and we'll tell you what's open.
Is there parking on Queen Street?
The Queen Street garage is a two-minute walk, and we validate for the first two hours. Most couples staying downtown walk over.
Can we add time in the tub?
Yes. The soak can be extended to forty-five minutes on any package. Ask when you book, as it changes the suite schedule.
Do gift cards cover a specific package?
Either. A gift card can name a package or carry a dollar amount, and it can be used toward any treatment on the menu. They don't expire.
