Facials and Brows, Consult First
Every facial starts with a ten-minute skin consult · Products chosen for your skin on the day, never a script

Ten Minutes Looking Before We Touch Anything
Every facial here starts the same way: your esthetician looks at your skin under a bright light and asks what you use, what you've stopped using and what you'd change if you could. Then your esthetician picks the facial, or adjusts the one you booked.
You leave with a short list: what to keep, what to drop and, if anything, one thing to add. It is almost never fifteen products.
- ✓A skin consult before every facial
- ✓Products matched to your skin that day
- ✓A short list to take home, never a hard sell
Your First Facial, Step by Step
Fifty minutes on the table, ten before it, and no pressure to buy anything after.
The consult
Ten minutes under the light. What you use, what bothers you, what you want.
Cleanse and steam
A double cleanse, warm steam, and a gentle exfoliation suited to your skin.
The facial itself
Extractions only if you want them, then a mask chosen for the day and a face, neck and shoulder massage while it sets.
The short list
Serum, moisturizer, sunscreen, and a note of what to keep and what to drop at home.
What We Use, and Why
Three things you'll see on the trolley at every facial.

Gua sha stones
Rose quartz and jade, kept cool, used in long strokes along the jaw, cheekbones and neck.

Creams mixed for the day
Masks and moisturizers decanted fresh for each facial, never left open on the shelf.

Plain, fragrance-free cleansers
Bar and cream cleansers without perfume, because scented skincare is the first thing most consults drop.
Three Quiet Rooms Above the Village

The Short List Worked
First facial of my life at thirty-four. She explained every step, nothing stung, and my skin felt like it had been properly washed for the first time. I've been back monthly since.
I came in with the dry, tight skin of someone who flies every week. The hydrating facial and the five products she told me to stop using did more than the fifteen I'd been buying.
Gua sha facial on a Saturday morning, then brunch in the village. My face looked rested in the photos for the first time in years.
Give Someone a Facial
Gift cards for any facial or brow appointment, sent by email or picked up at the front desk.
Before Your Facial
Which facial should I book first?
The Signature Facial. The consult at the start adjusts it to your skin, so you can't book the wrong one. If you know your skin is dry or congested, the hydrating or deep cleansing facials are the direct route.
Will my skin be red afterward?
A little pink for an hour or so is normal after steam and massage, especially after extractions. Most clients go straight to brunch. If you have an event, book two or three days ahead.
Do I need to arrive without makeup?
No. The first step is a double cleanse, so come as you are. Contact lenses can stay in.
Can I book a facial for a man?
Of course. About a third of our clients are men, usually for the deep cleansing or back facial. Nothing on the menu is gendered.
Do you sell products?
A small shelf of the cleansers, serums and sunscreens we use. Nobody will walk you to it; your short list names what we'd use, and you can buy it anywhere.
Is parking easy?
Two-hour street parking in Hillsboro Village, and the lot behind the building after 5pm and all day Sunday.
