Small Business Bookkeeping & Tax in Chandler
We keep your books every month and file your business taxes at year-end — one team, so April is a meeting, not a shoebox.

Books And Taxes, Under One Roof
Pick what you need. Most clients start with monthly books and add the rest.

Your Bookkeeper And Tax Preparer, Same Team
Most small businesses pay one person for the books and someone else for taxes, then pay again when the two don't match. We started Tollard to do both: the bookkeeper who reconciles your accounts every month sits next to the preparer who files your return. Everyone who prepares returns here holds an IRS preparer number.
- ✓Books closed by the 15th of every month
- ✓A named bookkeeper, not a ticket queue
- ✓Your return starts from clean books

A Short Note
Anything unusual we spotted and anything we need from you, in plain English.
Owners Who Stopped Dreading April
I used to spend the first week of April buried in receipts. Now the books are done every month, and my tax return is basically a meeting to sign.
They caught up two years of books in about six weeks and filed our late TPT returns. For the first time I know what the business actually made.
Payroll, sales tax and the year-end return all in one place, from the same person. I don't chase anyone anymore.

Catch Up Without The Guilt Trip
Most of our clients came to us behind — a busy season turned into a busy year. We rebuild the books from bank and card statements, file any late TPT returns and get your tax return done, then keep you current every month after that.
- ✓Rebuilt from bank and card statements
- ✓Late Arizona TPT returns filed

Bookkeeping & Tax Questions
How much does monthly bookkeeping cost?
Monthly books start at $250 a month and books plus taxes at $425, depending on how many accounts and transactions you have. We confirm your price on a free call.
Which software do you use?
We work in the major cloud bookkeeping software small businesses already use. If you don't have any set up, we'll recommend one and set it up for you.
I'm a year behind. Can you still help?
Yes. Catch-up work is quoted per year behind, and we'll file any late Arizona TPT returns as part of it.
Do I need an S corporation?
Sometimes. It can lower self-employment tax once profit is high enough to pay yourself a reasonable salary, but it adds payroll and a separate return. We'll run your numbers before you decide.
Do you handle sales tax?
Yes. In Arizona it's the transaction privilege tax (TPT). We file your returns on the schedule the state assigned and keep the rates for each city you sell in.
Will you talk to the IRS for me?
We'll explain any IRS or Arizona Department of Revenue letter and help you reply. If a letter turns into an audit or a collection case, we'll bring in an enrolled agent or CPA who can represent you.
How do I send you documents?
Through our secure upload link. Bank feeds connect read-only, so you don't need to send statements every month.
