Why An Enrolled Agent
Enrolled agents are tax specialists licensed by the IRS itself, with the right to represent any taxpayer on any tax matter. That means once you sign a power of attorney, the IRS calls us — not you. Tax problems are all we do: we pull your IRS records, tell you plainly where you stand, and work the case until it's closed.

Out From Under The IRS
I hadn't filed in four years and was scared to open my mail. They filed every missing return, set up a payment plan I can actually afford, and the letters stopped.
Our small business got an audit letter. They handled the whole audit — I never had to sit across from an agent — and it closed with no change.
They told me straight away I didn't qualify for an offer in compromise, when two TV companies had taken my money promising one. Then they got my penalties removed.

IRS Tax Problem Questions
What is an enrolled agent?
A tax specialist licensed by the IRS, with the right to represent taxpayers before the IRS on audits, collections and appeals — the same representation rights as CPAs and tax attorneys.
Will I have to talk to the IRS?
Usually not. Once you sign a power of attorney, the IRS contacts us, and we handle the calls, letters and meetings.
How much does tax resolution cost?
It depends on the case, so we quote one flat fee in writing after the free consultation. Simple payment-plan cases start at $750.
Can you really settle my tax debt for less?
Sometimes. An offer in compromise is only accepted when the IRS agrees you can't pay the full amount. We'll look at your numbers and tell you honestly whether it's worth applying.
Can you stop a levy on my bank account or wages?
Often, yes — by getting you current and setting up a payment plan or another resolution, we can usually ask the IRS to release a levy. The sooner you call, the better.
I haven't filed in years. What happens now?
We'll pull your IRS records, prepare the missing returns and then work out a plan for any balance. Filing is usually the first step to every other option.
