Small Business Tax Questions
Do I need to pay quarterly estimated taxes?
If you're self-employed or own a business and expect to owe $1,000 or more when you file, the IRS generally expects quarterly payments. We'll work out the amounts from your real numbers.
Should my LLC be taxed as an S corp?
Sometimes. Once profits are steady, an S corp election can lower self-employment tax, but it adds payroll and a separate return. We'll run the numbers for your business before you decide.
What does a monthly plan include?
Your returns, quarterly estimates, check-ins and answers to questions all year, for one flat fee. Each plan's inclusions are listed in writing before you start.
My books are a mess. Can you still help?
Yes. Bookkeeping cleanup is quoted separately as a one-time project, and then your plan keeps things tidy going forward.
Can you help if I'm behind on filing?
Yes — we'll prepare the missing business and personal returns and get you current. If the IRS is already collecting, we'll refer you to an enrolled agent or CPA who can represent you.
