Commercial Window Tinting in Oklahoma City
Film for offices, storefronts and multi-tenant buildings that cuts heat and glare, adds privacy and holds broken glass together, installed after hours so your business never closes.
Commercial Window Film Services
Every project starts with a free survey of your glass, your sun exposure and what your tenants or staff are complaining about.

We Work After Hours
Pellicott has filmed office towers, medical offices, retail centers, banks and schools across the Oklahoma City metro since 2009. We work for owners, property managers and general contractors, and most of our installs happen at night or on weekends. Every project gets a site survey, a written scope and price per area, a named project lead, and a crew that cleans up before the morning staff arrives.

Keep The Shop Bright, Not Baking
Storefronts need light and a clear view in from the sidewalk. We use near-clear films that cut glare and the UV that fades merchandise, and pair them with frosted bands, hours and logos on the door so the glass works as signage too.

- ✓Hours and logos cut in film
- ✓Installed before you open
Facility Teams Who Call Us Back
Our west side was so hot in the afternoon that people moved their desks. Pellicott surveyed the building, filmed three floors over two weekends, and nobody lost a workday. The complaints about glare on monitors stopped the first week.
We manage four retail centers and use Pellicott for every tenant change: frosted film on new offices, storefront tint, and logo vinyl on the doors. One call, a clear quote and crews that show up when the center is closed.
The afternoon sun was fading everything in our front window display. They put a near-clear film on the storefront that cut the glare without making the shop look dark from the street.
Commercial Window Film FAQ
How much does commercial window tinting cost?
Installed commercial film usually runs $7 to $16 a square foot depending on the film and how hard the glass is to reach. Large projects and security film are quoted after a site survey. Every quote is written, by floor or area.
Will installation disrupt our business?
No. Most of our commercial work happens at night or on weekends. For occupied floors during the day we work room by room and keep a clear path for staff.
Does window film reduce energy costs?
Solar control film turns back much of the sun's heat before it reaches the room, which takes load off cooling on sun-facing glass. Savings depend on the building, so we don't promise a figure.
Can you match film across an existing building?
Usually. We bring samples to the survey and match the look of film already on the building as closely as current products allow.
What warranty do you offer?
Commercial films carry a manufacturer warranty, typically 10 to 15 years, and we add our own labor warranty. You get both in writing at sign-off.
Do you work with general contractors?
Yes. We bid film and decorative glass packages for contractors and can provide insurance certificates and product data with the bid.
