Ostley opened in 2012 as a two-bay tint shop off State Road 84. Today we run a climate-controlled studio where every car gets a bay to itself, a full wash and decontamination before any film goes on, and a walk-around under bright lights when you pick it up. We install window tint and paint protection film and nothing else, so the people working on your car do this every day.

Invisible Edges
Paint protection film is a clear, flexible layer that takes the rock chips, bug acid and road debris your paint would otherwise take. Ours is self-healing: light swirls in the top coat fade with heat from the sun or warm water. We cut each piece for your car, wrap the edges wherever the panel allows, and leave the car with us for a day so the film can settle before it meets the highway.

How much does window tinting cost in Fort Lauderdale?
Ceramic tint on the side and rear windows of a typical car starts at $449. SUVs and trucks depend on the number of windows. We'll give you an exact price in writing at the consultation.
How much is paint protection film?
Front-end film starts at $1,495, full-front at $2,195 and full-body at $5,900. The final price depends on the car's size and shape, which is why we quote after seeing it.
How dark can my tint be in Florida?
Under current Florida law, front side windows must let in at least 28% of light. On a sedan the back side and rear windows must let in at least 15%; SUVs, trucks and vans can go to 6% in the back. The windshield can only be tinted above the line the manufacturer marks. We keep every window legal.
Is windshield protection film legal?
Our windshield protection film is clear, not tinted, so it doesn't darken the glass. It's there to resist pitting and small chips.
How do I wash a car with PPF?
Wait a week after install, then wash as normal by hand. Avoid pointing a pressure washer straight at an edge. Light swirls in the film fade on their own in the sun.
When can I roll my windows down?
Keep them up for three days after tint while the film dries. Some haze in the first week is normal.
