What does private property towing cost the property?
Nothing. Towing and storage fees are paid by the vehicle owner at release, at the rates posted at our release window.
Who can authorize a tow?
Only the people named in your written agreement — usually your manager and on-site staff. We never tow on a resident's say-so alone.
Do you install the signs?
Yes. We supply and install signs at every entrance to the standard local rules require, before enforcement begins.
How are abandoned vehicles handled?
We tag the vehicle, wait the required notice period, and then remove it — with photos at every step.
My car was towed. Where is it?
