Yes — Ironhill is a licensed and bonded Colorado general contractor (Lic #GC-50817) carrying full liability and workers' compensation insurance.
What does design-build mean for me?

How do you price projects?
We provide a detailed fixed-price contract before construction begins, backed by a 100% on-budget guarantee. The only changes to the price are change orders you request.
How long does a custom home or renovation take?
A renovation may take 2-4 months; a ground-up custom home typically runs 9-14 months. We provide a firm schedule with your proposal and update it weekly.
Do you handle permits and architecture?
Yes. As a full design-build firm we manage architecture, structural engineering, and all permitting in-house, so you don't have to coordinate multiple vendors.
What areas do you serve?
