How far ahead should I book?
A day ahead is usually fine for airport and hourly service. For weddings, book three to six months out. For Derby weekend, book as early as you can.
Is gratuity included?
Yes. Your quote includes a 20% gratuity, tolls and parking, so there's nothing to settle at the end of the ride.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight and adjust the pickup. Domestic arrivals get 45 minutes of free waiting from landing.
Can you meet us inside the airport?
Yes. Your chauffeur meets you at baggage claim with a name sign and helps with your bags.
Do you provide car seats?
Yes, on request, at no extra charge. Tell us the child's age and weight when you book.
Can we drink in the limousine?
Passengers 21 and over may bring their own drinks in the limousine. We'll have ice and glasses ready.
