How much luggage can I bring?
Two checked bags and one carry-on per rider are included. Skis, golf clubs and extra bags are fine with notice; there may be a small fee on shared rides.
What if my flight home is delayed?
We track your flight and move your pickup. There's no charge for airline delays.
Where do you pick up at the airport?
At the shared-ride or courtesy-vehicle zone outside baggage claim. Text us when you have your bags and we'll tell you exactly where the van is.
Can I bring a car seat or a pet?
Yes. Bring your own car seat or ask for one when you book. Pets in carriers ride free; larger dogs need a private van.
How do I cancel?
Cancel up to 24 hours before pickup for a full refund. After that, shared rides are refunded as a credit for your next trip.
Do you serve hotels and wineries?
Yes. We pick up from hotels, vacation rentals and wineries anywhere in Sonoma County.
