Planned By People Who've Been There
Cavendale is a small honeymoon studio on Coleman Boulevard. Lauren Cavendale and her two planners have stayed at most of the resorts we recommend, so when we say a villa is worth the upgrade or a transfer is too long after a wedding weekend, we're speaking from the room, not the brochure.
We plan a limited number of honeymoons each season. The planner you meet at your consultation is the one who books your trip and answers your message from the airport.

Honeymoon Planning FAQ
How far ahead should we book our honeymoon?
Nine to twelve months for overwater villas, safaris and summer in Europe. All-inclusives and shorter trips can come together in three to six months.
Do we have to meet in person?
No. About half our couples plan by video call. If you're in the Charleston area, we'd love to see you at the studio.
Can you plan a honeymoon months after the wedding?
Yes. Plenty of couples wait for the right season or for a break from work. We plan mini-moons too.
Do you charge a planning fee?
There's a $350 planning fee, credited toward your trip when you book. Resorts and tour companies pay us a commission, so your trip costs the same as booking direct.
How does the honeymoon registry work?
Your guests choose experiences from your registry page and pay for them there. We apply what they give to your trip balance before final payment.
What if something goes wrong while we're away?
Message your planner. We'll work with the resort, airline or driver to fix it, with after-hours backup if we're asleep.
Do we need travel insurance?
It's your choice. We quote travel insurance options with every trip so you can decide before final payment.
