Does it cost more to book through you?
No. When you book a Disney or Universal package with us, the resorts pay us a commission and you pay the same price as booking direct.
Are you part of Disney or Universal?
No. We're an independent travel agency. We book packages with the theme parks and cruise lines, but we aren't owned by or affiliated with any of them.
When should we book?
Nine to twelve months ahead for school breaks and holidays, six months for quieter times. We can often still find good options closer in.
Can you book a trip we already started on our own?
Often, yes. Many packages can be moved to an agent shortly after booking. Send us your confirmation and we'll check.
Do you plan for kids with special needs or grandparents with mobility needs?
Yes. We plan rest breaks, quieter times and resorts that are easy to get around, and explain the parks' accessibility services before you go.
What happens if a discount comes out after we book?
If a new discount fits your dates and room, we ask to apply it to your package. Not every discount can be added, but we always check.
